CORPORATE ACTION SERVICES
CSDB processes corporate actions for all BSE listed securities. A corporate action is an event initiated by a listed company that affects the securities issued by that company. E.g. Subsequent issue, Rights issue, Bonus issue, Stock splits, Reverse splits, Stock dividend etc.

IPO SERVICES
An initial public offering, or IPO, is the very first sale of stock issued by a company to the public. … Public companies, on the other hand, have sold at least a portion of their shares to the public to be traded on a stock exchange.

TRANSFER SECRETARIAL SERVICES
The CSDB offers secretarial service to listed and unlisted issuers. Our secretarial service include share register maintenance, dividend/distribution processing, Annual General Meeting management, mailing room services and corporate action processing etc.

CUSTODIAL SERVICES
CSDB is tasked with the safekeeping and administration of securities and financial instruments on behalf of third parties. Currently the CSD holds all listed equities, corporate bonds and ETFs. 

ACCOUNTS STATEMENTS
CSD provides monthly statements of accounts to all holders of active securities accounts. CSDB mails these statements of accounts directly to securities account holders at the addresses recorded in the CSD system.  The investors with E-mail addresses receive their electronic statements monthly, whereas investors without E-mail addresses receive postal statements during the months they transacted or if they do not transact , they receive once a year, December statements. These statements take the place of share certificates.
